How to Order, Payment Details and Service Exchange Procedure

1. Contact Lowther and specify your requirements, and we will give you an order number.

2. Send your remittance, (see below), quoting your order number.
3. Your new units will be despatched within 10 Working days of receipt of payment.

SERVICE EXCHANGE PROCEDURE *
1. Contact us and specify your requirements, and we will give you an order number.
2. Send your remittance, (see above) quoting your order number.
3. Your new units will be despatched within 10 Working days of receipt of payment.
4. Return your old units by the most economical means, (usually surface post), the transit starting within 28 days of receipt of your new drivers. You can use the packaging your new units arrived in to do this. Please remember to let us know who is sending the package!
* This procedure applies to upgrading all units, but does not apply to the exchange of PM3/PM4/PM5/PM2A drive units. Due to the unique manufacture of these units, they will need to be returned to us for rebuilding to the latest specification, within 14 working days. However, these units still qualify for exchange and upgrade prices.
